The Food FilesI recently ordered a load of cookbooks to fill a new bookshelf being bought for the office in the next week or two. A few copies of The Food Files were given to me with my order, so I thought I might as well put one up here!

A unique collaboration between publishers HarperCollins and Volunteer Reading Help, The Food Files is a set of sumptuously-illustrated A5 recipe cards that are presented in a simple, wipe-clean case that folds back to become a display stand for ease-of-use while cooking. Twenty of HarperCollins’ top food authors and celebrity chefs have been inspired to support VRH and kindly agreed to donate a recipe each to the collection. These are recipes for sharing with family and friends, perfect for anyone who enjoys great food and all the cards are beautifully photographed.

Contributors include; Donal Skehan, Innocent (yes the drinks people), Bill Granger, Rachel Allen and Ching-He Huang.
